We specialize in the removal of erroneous information from your credit files.
We work on your behalf to remove questionable negative items from your credit reports. TheFair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) gives you the right to contact credit bureaus directly and dispute
items on your credit reports. You can dispute any and all items that are inaccurate, untimely, misleading,
biased, incomplete or unverifiable (questionable items). If the bureaus cannot verify that the information
on their reports is indeed correct, then those items must be deleted.
Our Process In 4 Easy Steps

Step 1: Forward your credit reports for credit analysis.
Once the sign up process is complete you are advised to forward your credit reports to us. If you do not have your reports, we can assist you in acquiring them. Although your immediate explanation and description of your credit situation is important, we must view copies of your credit reports in order to provide you with the most efficient, legal, and educational process possible.
Step 2: Personal Consultation with Your Credit agent.
Part of what separates AHSC from many other organizations is our strong belief that direct communication with you, our valued client, is necessary to ensure the best possible results. After receipt and initial analysis of your credit reports, your personal credit advocate will contact you and discuss the individual details of your case. During this direct communication with your credit advocate you will be advised as to what items are going to be disputed and the strategy that has been created by our agents to ensure that the problematic areas are best addressed.
Step 3: Our Agents Fight to Enforce Your Rights.
This is the step where AHSC truly separates itself from all of our competition. Our agents possess the necessary experience, skills and endurance to ensure that your rights are enforced and that the credit bureaus fully comply with the law. Our agents bring the dispute directly to the credit bureaus and aggressively fight to ensure every possible negative item is properly addressed according to your legal rights. Regardless of the complexity of your individual case, AHSC promises to continue advocating your rights until you are 100% satisfied.
Step 4: Sit Back, Relax and Enjoy Financial Freedom.
The credit bureaus are required by law to fully investigate your claim within a 30 day time period. After the completion of your claim submitted by AHSC, the bureaus are required to send you their results and an updated copy of your credit report. Due to our extremely efficient process and dedicated team, the average time from the initiation of a dispute and receipt of the credit bureaus response is an industry leading 60 days. Once you receive the bureaus response and get over all of the excitement that your new financial freedom creates, please make a copy for yourself and send the original documentation to us. At this point, based on the progress that has been made, AHSC will continue the process on your behalf until you are completely satisfied with your credit report.
